Peach County Family Connection, with offices in Fort Valley, works to improve conditions for children and families in Peach County as part of the statewide Georgia Family Connection network.  The Executive Board seeks someone to plan, facilitate, and coordinate services for its network of collaborative partners in this work.

 

Candidates must have a BA or BS, excellent writing and oral communication skills, ability to lead in the development and implementation of the Collaborative annual plan, including conducting an annual data review and engaging community stakeholders in the work of the Collaborative.  The Coordinator must be able to prepare reports and must retain all records for the Collaborative and work effectively with a diverse range of people.  He or she must live within 30 miles of Fort Valley, have familiarity with budgeting, use of the latest edition of Microsoft Office, grant writing, and be able to work with little supervision.

 

The Coordinator will be expected to travel within Georgia and participate in required meetings and training.

 

The Coordinator will be an independent contractor, not an employee, for a fee of $52,000.00 annually., including travel and hotel expenses.
