Job Description
As the AI Marketing & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that utilize modern AI tools for automation while also producing high-quality visual content within our clinics. You’ll work directly with our team to enhance patient engagement, increase online visibility, and streamline marketing operations for both the family medicine and aesthetics sides of the practice.
About Us:
We are a growing, patient-centered medical practice with two clinics in one location: Ahmed Family Practice and Ahmed Weight Loss & Aesthetics. We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy AI Marketing & Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence through automation, digital marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Automation Marketing
Build and manage marketing automations using Ai Tools.
Set up CRM and patient follow-up flows for appointment reminders, re-engagement, reviews, and educational content.
Develop and manage targeted Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and email campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven improvements.
Paid Ads Management
Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword and audience targeting research.
Track performance analytics and continuously optimize for conversions (appointments, consultations, etc.).
Content Creation (On-site)
Plan and shoot engaging content (videos, reels, photos) inside both clinics.
Capture patient testimonials (with consent), staff spotlights, and treatment highlights.
Edit and publish branded content for social media, website, and ads.
Stay current with trends in medical aesthetics and family medicine content.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
Skills in photography, video creation, and content editing.
Knowledge of social media trends and healthcare marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Points For:
Atleast 2 Years Experience with healthcare or aesthetics clinics.
Familiarity with platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot.
SEO knowledge and website content editing.
