About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Answer phones, schedule jobs and provide customer assistance.
Assist lead technicians in diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances.
Learn to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for appliances.
Help in managing inventory and ensuring tools are properly maintained.
Provide excellent customer service during service calls and interactions.
Document repairs and services performed accurately in our system.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support the team in achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
Foundational courses in Electrical Concepts and Systems.
Strong interest in appliance repair and willingness to learn.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various conditions.
Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor.
Previous experience in a hands-on or technical role is preferred.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
