The Sales Role
As a full-time Sales Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training on our diverse product range, equipping you to deliver compelling sales negotiations and build lasting customer relationships. Our hands-on training will enhance your communication skills, negotiation techniques, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive sales presentations, showcasing our diverse range of high-quality furniture.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine your sales skills and product knowledge.
Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
Contribute to team success through collaboration and mentorship.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
Self-motivated and career-driven with a passion for continuous learning.
Outgoing personality with a knack for connecting with people.
A background or interest in commission sales is a plus; a BA/BS is preferred but not required.
