QUESTIONS:
Q: Do bidders have to include all counties or can they choose to select a few counties?
A: If that’s how the proposer wants to design their program, they can. But, all eleven counties are preferred.
Q: Does the Grievance Procedures on page 77-85 have to be signed?
A: If your agency does not have a Grievance Policy, then the proposer must sign and utilize the MCGI Grievance policy to ensure compliance. If your agency has a comparable/equal grievance policy, then proposer may use their agency’s grievance policy.
CORRECTIONS:
Printed errors in the original agenda package. Corrected Performance Levels on page 6 of the PY25 Career and Case Management Agenda.
3. Q2 Median Earnings should be $10,650, not $10,500.
4. Credential Attainment should be 52.8%, not 52.0%.
