Register your INDIVIDUAL account in order to get your WorkSource Portal State ID Number. The WorkSource Portal also allows you to search for the latest job openings, post a resume online, find career guidance, search for training and education programs, and find information on local employers. Once you complete registration, you will receive an ID to add to your WIOA Training Application. Download instructions to help you with the registration process.
Register for State IDSTEP 3: Qualify for Assistance
Upon reviewing your application, a representative from our office will contact you to verify your information. At that time, we will determine if you qualify for assistance through the WIOA program.
Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have not been contacted 5 business days (Monday – Friday) following the submittal of your initial assessment form.
WIOA is limited in providing services only to those who meet specific requirements. That means, unfortunately, we cannot help everyone who applies under this program. Our ability to provide training requires funding to be available and for individuals to meet each of the following criteria:
- You are eligible under WIOA rules;
- You reside in our service areas – Baldwin, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Macon-Bibb, Monroe, Twiggs, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, or Wilkinson County;
- You have selected training that meets our requirements; and
- You have the necessary qualifications to complete training and obtain a training related job.
STEP 4: Complete WIOA Training Application
Once our team has determined you qualify for WIOA services and you’ve registered for your WorkSource user ID, you will need to complete the WIOA Training Application. Click on the link below to begin the application process.
